Amazing things happen when intention is set in place

 Every car with 2 or more people (12 years of age or older), carpooling to the conference beyond 250 miles, is eligible for a $50 per person car allowance.

There are three criteria for this allowance:

1. First come first serve
2. Number of days registered
3. Case by case determined by need.

Event Registration:               Conference schedule

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space, reservations are not held without a deposit. Once a deposit is given, there are NO REFUNDS. All registration payments, including those made by credit card, are NON-REFUNDABLE. All cancelled reservation deposits can be transferred at the time of cancellation to another person of your choice. If no other person can be found by you, then the event cost and space is forfeited.

 Discounted Rates Available as follows:
Children’s Rates: Age 5 and under: Free
Ages 6-11: $75.00
Age 12 and older: Regular rate for the event (see above)

 Family Rates:
Families of three or more will receive a $50.00 per adult person discount. There are no family discounts on child rates. A ‘Family’ is defined as a couple with minor children, or a single parent with minor children, all attending the event. The cost of the Children of Light Conference registration is $333, for the four days. (there is not a 3 day option)

The hotel rates are $79 a night up to 4 people a room.
Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling 1-800-RED-LION (1-800-733-5466) by Sunday, May 20, 2012.

You will be given the group code when you pay in full for the conference.
